RCP supplies and integrates Helideck Monitoring Systems (HMS) for floating and fixed helidecks across offshore platforms, drilling vessels, and marine installations. Our systems display the real-time motion and meteorological data required for safe pre-landing assessment and on-deck helicopter operations, fully compliant with applicable international civil aviation regulations.
System Overview
An HMS combines helideck motion monitoring with weather data acquisition to give pilots and helideck operators the information they need to make go/no-go decisions confidently. RCP’s HMS solutions provide pre-landing displays, on-deck status monitoring, and extended meteorological data — delivered through low-maintenance hardware and software configured to vessel-specific requirements.
Systems are available in Ex and Non-Ex variants to suit hazardous and non-hazardous area installations, and are designed to meet Civil Aviation Authority International (CAAi) approval requirements.
