Choke and kill control equipment sits at the critical point between a well control event and a blowout. The RCP choke and kill control system delivers precise hydraulic actuation and real-time monitoring for automatic chokes and gate valves, API 16C compliant and fully ATEX certified, with stainless steel construction and twin ferrule compression fittings throughout.
System Overview
RCP choke and kill control systems provide hydraulic actuation and monitoring for automatic chokes and gate valves in drilling operations. Systems operate using single system pressures typically set between 300 to 1500 psi, with integrated multi-pressure configurations available where more than one operating control pressure is required.
Each system is designed to meet swept volume actuator requirements for valve control applications. Twin ferrule compression fittings are used throughout the system to ensure leak-free connections, trouble-free operation, and reduced maintenance. Stainless steel construction throughout provides durability in drilling environments.
Control consoles utilize high-quality component selection and careful design layout, delivering what clients describe as highly reliable well control equipment. Systems are compatible with a wide range of valve manufacturers including WOM and Cameron products.
