HPU's / Hydraulic Power Units

Rig Control Products design and supply a wide range of high quality hydraulic power unit’s certified for any application large or small with pressure ratings up to 22,000psi. Our HPU’s are renowned for their quality of build, both delivering and maintaining operating pressures and volumes throughout the unit’s life.

Our self-contained HPU’s are typically skid mounted and designed to comply with industry regulations and standards such as ATEX, API16D and the Pressure Equipment Directive, Lloyds Register, DNV or ABS certification can be requested if required.

We can also supply a wide range of hydraulic power packs providing pressure outputs from 350psi up to 45,800psi. Optional extras extras include Tank by-pass valve, Isolation valve, Chart recorder outlet port, Stainless steel tank complete with ATEX certification which can usually be delivered within a week.
